How do I become a DE?

I have been playing warframe a little over a 2 years now, I have seen some cancer stuff on it. People talking crazy, racist, hate crimes(speech), and all the way to sexual assault (speech) to women. I see this as issue. I would not be on there monitoring besides the bot. People get kicked for profanity but not for the other crazy toxic and cancerous stuff on here. I also been noticing some glitches, errors, etc. If anyone you tennoman can get back me about this, that would be great. Thanks in advance! -Storm

Well, you'd need to actually WORK for DE. So ... I'm guessing a good education in the field of programming, good grades, and some good luck when you send them your resume.
