Simaris Target (Scorpion) Won't Spawn

So, I'm having incredible difficulty getting a Simaris scan target to spawn, I need it for a veiled riven mod, I've got scanners and traps in my inventory. I've tried clicking on the daily quest, all it does is close the quest menu. I've tried going to the tilesets (in mercury and earth) and Simaris never notifies me of one spawning. Earlier, I played through several missions with a friend to unlock our rivens, and we had no trouble getting them to spawn, now they just won't. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I know that feel. But as the wiki says, Scorpion spawn at base level 10, so you need to find tilesets with base level 10. Also avoid interceptions, defense and assassination nodes.

As a personal thing, I like exterminate and spy nodes to do the simaris targets.

Try Saturn instead of Mercury or Earth to get Simaris' target to spawn.
