I just want to know if i can transfer all of the things i have in my pc account to my xbox one or if that is not possible

And this isn't because DE doesn't want to, its Sony and Microsoft who allow or disallow the transfers. I don't know the process but it's their say that is final

Assuming this is for OP but yeah, the last time they said wanted to was some time in 2016 (still have a few weeks) or early 2017. These aren't my words, nor entirely the Dev's so get all stars and moons in your head thinking its 100% chance it will happen.

It's a better idea to just start over if you want to go on console. Because if they ever do open up migrations again, it's a one way street; there is no coming back.
