Update of DirectX failed ? And Solutions ?

Greetings 
I've just reinstalled the windows on my PC for academic reasons 
Later on  I Began to reinstall important programs  for the pc like office , Adobe reader . . . ETC

for my games i reinstalled the direct x9 and The Game Drivers i needed
All things worked smothly for the other games 
but whenever i tried to run warframe i get this message 
"Update of DirectX failed "

Do you guys know any solution for this or did this message encounter any of you before ?

ok looks like i solved it :) ty for your time 
just in case ppl asked about it u need to uninstall direct x9 thought system restore and reinstall it again 
with .NET 3.5 Framework ? ( not sure if it is needed )
i found this solution on the game's Discord server
