That Kulstar mod isnt godly or legendary at all... Hell its a complete scam attempt if you try to clal it that.

 

Punch trough on explosive weapons is buggy and doesnt work.

Crit chance on something with 5% base crit chance doesnt make it godly...

the amount of dmg isnt that good either to make up for it.

I see this happening a lot. 

Seems popular with individuals that do not know English for some reason. Putting GOD, godlike or anything similar to rivens that are in the best regard just decent. 

None of the ones he listed are legendary. They are just decent rivens. 

Same when you look at trade chat ingame. They are puting "godlike" near every riven that has at least one useful stat. Just come on, who is it going to fool?

That Vectis one even has negative crit chance.
