Transfer Account?

Is there a way to convert a Xbox One account to PC with all of my warframes, weapons, ect?

No. And there won't be one.

Im afraid not, at the moment.
as far as i know there are 2 obstacles:
 

1. game version. Xbox version would have to match pc version, for transfer to be available techincally. And thats not happening  anytime soon because of how the updates go trough microsoft (delay) and Tennogen (pc only items)
2. That one im not really sure, as i couldnt stand reading trough miscrosoft licenses/EULAS and other paperwork (im not THAT crazy) but i believe they would not be happy to "give away" customer.

To be honest it's a lot easier to migrate from an earlier version of the game to a later one than vice versa.

we cannot know that, as some changes within the game might cause major issues both ways. 
but i agree that it should be easier.
