These parts drop from a Stalker typed opponent. The infamous Grustrag Three, a trio of crazy Grineer that the Councilor Vay Hek will send after your head once you have been doing invasions siding with the Corpus against the Grineer.

Getting their mark is random, but it's easy to do multiple missions for the Corpus in invasions against the Grineer, once you have it the Three will spawn randomly in any Grineer mission involving a Grineer Tileset (like the Shipyard). To defeat them you have to kill the three entities without getting your own face blown up even once or you'll have a really bad surprise.

Also, when you successfully defeat the Grustrag Three, there is only one drop for the Brakk, getting that thing is long.

 

And on a final note, Baro Ki'Teer regularly offers beacons for the different assassins of the game to soften up a bit the grind with them, but if I recall correctly those are pretty costly as well.
