Negative plat and other woes

So...I tried to log in but apparently I have a negative plat balance.  I've already submitted a support ticket but I have another problem... the e-mail account tied to my warframe account is one I can't access anymore (It's my old college account that I was promised would be mine forever, even after school) so I don't have any way of transferring my warframe account that I've had for almost 4 years (And spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for plat on at this point) to a new one.    What can I do, aside from basically be screwed?

More talking to support.... they may be able to change it for you.

Keep talking to support about it. Hopefully you can just give them stuff like your personal information previously used to prove you are who you say you are like from your purchase history or credit card info etc.

You don't need access to your email to change the one tied to your account, just login to support and create a ticket asking to change it as long as you use the support site you don't need the email to process tickets.
