RESET PASSWORD ERROR THEN IP BANNED

Hello Tennos... I was thinking going back on warframe for i think a year or so... BUT i forgot my passwords (my two accounts)... One of my account got RESET PASSWORD Successfully, HOWEVER, my 2nd account, which is my MAIN account, can't reset password...

the website says: ERROR after Submitting my E-mail.. then after few attempts I get IP blocked... 
Website cant send my E-mail a reset password mail cause it ERRORS then I get IP blocked everytime I attempt twice or more! HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD ANYWAY?!
please help.. I wanna play warframe again

It'll be awhile before they respond.

for how long should I wait before I can  reset password again?
it says "try again later", for how long though?

Give it 24 hours.  DE seems attached to that time limit.

You can set-up a temporary IP blocker/scrambler on your machine.. I had to do it back 6 months ago, during a DDOS attack. I got IP blocked out of my account as well.

I used "Hotspot Shield"

Then you should be able to change your settings, then un-install.

hey guys.. uhm... its been more than 24hrs.. and the RESET PASSWORD option in warframe still not WORKING?!
