Are there reliable loot spread sheet related to missions?

I wonder if some fellow Tenno compiled a spread sheet for mission related drops.

I've seen spread sheet for relics but I'm mostly looking forward to mods, and loot from the caches in the sabotage missions or rewards from spy missions.

I'm looking to go back, level up Warframes and have a good look at things I might have left behind, but it would save me loads of time to avoid searching for stuff that I might have eventually got in some other way.

You also can look up Relics in the codex, for specific ones, showing which planet and node has those in there loottable.

Relics are not the problem, codex tells enemy and locations but not drop rates.

Because that's the problem...I know for example that Continuity drops from Sargas or Orokin caches in sabotage...but which one has higher chance to drop? 

Regarding the wikia, I spent half days on it, until I could use it with adblock.

Now my pc gives me the midfinger everytime I try to use it, as it gets stuck on loading useless vids, ads and what not.
