mastery rank for weapons when bought

if i buy the nidus collection and not a high mastery rank will they still give me the weapons like the hema which is 7 my mastery rank is 4

Buying it in a bundle bypasses the MR restriction.

You're still restricted from buying individual items using Platinum if you do not meet the MR requirements.
