How to report a toxic player who has been offensive in chat?

I cant report him in-game because I didnt played with him. Should I try support?

If I explain the situation they sure do something, I took some screenshots too.

Yup, there's a reason I said it was the best method. I reported a player being racist and they responded. Whether they actually did something is another matter entirely, but I'm sure it helps. This may not have been the first time the player behaved this way so it helps build up a record which likely then can be acted upn.

There is a player on Xbox with a Kubrow named "Adolf Hitler". Does it make sense to report this guy?
