Is the prosecutor spawn bugged?

Hi guys.. So i've been trying to farm for javlok .. and i did every mission on ceres + i did sedna bere which used to spawn them almost 100% and haven't seen a single 1 !!!!!

so has anyone seen a prosecutor recently? thx in advance.

Yes. They tend to spawn like manics. Make some noise, let the grineer raise alarms and keep it turned on. They will eventually come run to you. I did it in less in hour with Ivara on mobdef.

Have you tried at Nuovo (rescue on Ceres)? Go solo or with selected squad, make some noise until they activate the alarm, then go to the jails and also make noise. When you rescue the prisoner, they will activate the orange alarm. After deactivating it, you will find a prosecutor soon. And after that, there's a chance you find a second one when reaching the extraction point. As they've said, don't rush it, take some time to do it.

I ran Capture on Ceres. After completing the objective, the entire stage will become alerted, and Prosecutors will spawn every minute or two if you just wait around.
