I had sent a notice to DE reporting abusive behavior from a player about 8 days ago. It is still left open and I've been given no ETA on when it will be looked at.

Could someone give a rundown on the Zendesk page on certain things they don't really tell you or are rather unclear about? It's been rather frustrating to me on this situation.

They get a lot of tickets everyday and only have so many people who can handle them at a time.

I'm assuming you've already ignored the individual in question, so that should be the end for you. They likely won't tell you if any punishment is made.

If you haven't ignored them and they are still bothering you. Ignore them.

i don't even see why you need anyone to contact you about Reporting a Player.
you've reported them for whatever, so Digital Extremes has the information. it will be filed.
