i already finish mirage's quest and i deleted her, i wanted to get her again so i craft the quest again 
i did the first mission and now lotus telling me to build the neuroptic, now the bug is that there is no neuroptic in my foundery

Replaying the quest doesnt get you the items again just the ability to enjoy the quest again.

You can try asking support if you can get her back if this wasnt too long ago otherwise you have to buy her from the market.

not a bug, quest frames are only obtainable once. unless you buy it of course.

You can only get 1 Mirage ATM. Contact support and see if they can give it back.
