Support Problem DE site

First of all I would like to say that this is the first time I have ever posted on a forum before so sorry if the formatting is wrong and such.

So I was looking through DE site looking around at the type of jobs they have open just too see what my options are as I am currently a student looking into game art and wanted to do something with environments and found one little thing that is mentioned on their Careers section of the site about environment artists needing to have:

• Working knowledge of the Evolution Engine

So I go off and try to find this engine to see if I can't get to learn and understand how it works however I can't find it anywhere, at first I thought that well there might be a link somewhere on the DE site and there 'was' a link however it doesn't work so then my second thought was that as it is an in house engine then it is probably a top secret thing so they wouldn't release it too the public but then why would they put it on the site? I then proceeded to send them a message on the DE site through http://www.digitalextremes.com/contact

after waiting about 1-3 maybe even 4 weeks with no reply I decided to try the warframe support too see if they can resolve my issue and this is where it gets interesting..... I send them the same message and a lovely person called  [DE] Seline replied back on the same day within 9 hours with a reply I want to reiterate that... 9 HOURS not 2-4 WEEKS

So as of now I am very annoyed with how things are going as the warframe support gets WAY more attention than the DE site and I understand that warframe is a game and that takes priority however 1-3 of no replies (make that 4 now actually) it's just disgusting.

@[DE]Rebecca @[DE]Drew Is there anyway you could possibly help me resolve this? Sorry if tagging you wasn't the correct thing to do, I just hope that you can see my frustration
