I'd like it to be a twisted wreath of infested flesh with glowing tendrils protruding from it & for there to be a cool little center piece, like Nidus wearing his alt helm with max mutagen. (because it looks like he has a mouth it'd be cool if it looked like he was shrieking or something with saliva coming from his mouth) Maybe a hive on each side of the wraith?
