Even with a -26% %damage_to_faction% still performs great. Having +125% Heat damage allows to use a bane mod to compensate the loss (30% Bane) or even gain a positive boost (PBane) if needed.

Good for mixed Crits & Status builds, -Status Dur can be useful when modding the bow for animation-locked CC-procs like Heat or Blast since Status Duration changes don't affect the duration of panic/knockdown.
