Nullifier bubble often takes no damage as a client

Just a recent thing that I have been noticing, like from ~2 weeks ago or so.

The Nullifier bubbles would sometimes take damage and sometimes won't get damaged at all for long bursts of time. It happens with full auto guns as much as it happens with exalted abilities like Exalted Blade.

It seems to be happening as a client, but the high lag is not necessarily the cause. It happens even in 100-150 ping conditions (not really low).
