Just got these 2 mod and would like to know which one is better?

+110% Puncture Dmg

+90% Toxic

-18% Infested Dmg

 

vs

+90% Dmg

+1.1 punch

-30% reload time

I'm assuming you mean -30% reload speed, since there is no mod that gives less "reload time" and I'd pick the first one since boltor already has some innate punch through

That's not punch through at all. It's a much weaker imitation. Only the killing blow will deal damage to the enemy behind equal to the damage of the killing blow. Punch through means that all the projectiles do damage to one or several enemies behind at the same time.
