Mesa's Peacemaker and Holster Rate

So I know mods like streamlined form and speed holster aura works on peacemaker, but I was wondering if Reflex Draw would also affect the speed of peacemaker, since it increases holster rate for secondaries. If yes, than awesome, or do those holster mods not work with mesa. Also, is it actually effective, or are fire rate mods simply better? I'd test myself, but I'm away from my console. Reflex draw only effects the holster rate for secondary weapons. Mesas ult is not a secondary and therefore is not affected. However other pistol mods do effect the damage and firing speed of her ult.

 

Natural Talent and Speed Drift installed on Mesa can effect the ultimate draw speed and I believe the Speed Holster aura can assist as it affects all weapons and not just a single weapon.
