Ceres-Mars Junction

I'm at a loss. I have done all four tasks needed to unlock the mars to ceres junction, but it is staying locked to where I can't even fight the specter. I have done all quests that I can do, used all my void relics, done many many many alert missions. Does anyone know what to do or have any ideas? I'm all open to suggestions.

Are any nodes before the junction still locked?

You have to complete the nodes that lead to the junction to be able to play the junction.

If you are sure you completed all nodes leading to the junction, and still can't enter the junction, contact customer support.
