But seriously, it tends to depend on the question, but it can take at least a week. My advice would be to message DE_Rebeca to ask (be polite and everything of course) but otherwise either close and re-open your ticket or continue to wait.

It might be that your ticket was forwarded, but has got lost in the process.

Have you checked your emails? sometimes they send you an email. I find if you dont reply... it takes longer.

I posted 2 tickets, 1. for a missing raid reward on January 5th and  2. accidentally selling a riven for creds on January 20...Both of them were resolved yesterday Feb.1 

so my best guess is they check each entry and try to solve any other bugs/accidents the same person might have so you get all your fixes as a bundle.
