By lowering the percentage, you make everything else a higher chance (which is a bad idea) or you swap it with something else, and it doesn't make sense to swap it with anything else, as it's supposed to be a common reward. By lowering it, you make it more rare, and that defeats the purpose.

Remove Focus Lens, boost Rivens to 25-30% and Greater Lens to 10-15%. Put normal lenses as rewards for missions on the Kuva Fortress.

That would make it more rewarding for players. Normal Lenses are a slap in the face as a reward from Sorties and should be way more accessible than they are.

Well, maybe you see it that way, but many people don't see lenses as any kind of reward for a Sortie. Greater ones I can understand, but the regular lenses should also appear in a place you can access before finishing The War Within (Maybe the Void or Lua) and could also appear on the Kuva Fortress.

Really, when you finish The Second Dream, you can't get lenses unless you buy them. Kinda stupid to give players the system, but no access to the tools to use it.

But finishing TSD gives you a lens, and who is able to complete the entire focus tree they choose before being able to complete TWW.
