Valkyr Hysteria talons active after hysteria finished

I was in my sortie mission when i had used my hysteria to revive someone then get health back, as soon as i killed the guy i toggled off my 4, however my talons stayed out "see attachment below" and was only able to use the talons.  i tried re-toggling Hysteria, and that made me unable to attack at all until i toggled it off, which was back to just the talons, i tried to jump of a cliff, nothing changed, die and revive myself rather than being picked up, same result.  This also gave me all the Hysteria passive buffs except for the immortality at the cost of no energy drain, so i had innate life steal and increased damage.

This has also been happening to me for several weeks. I typically use on sorties where survival is key and I have a hunch that a limbo was also present on each occasion. I think it may have an adverse effect preventing valkyr from returning to normal despite leaving the rift or whatever. I haven't actually used limbo so my knowledge is limited. This behavior typically precedes the next problem of not being able to attack at all or even revive my allies, and I think this happens after I've been downed. I hope this turns out to be useful. I'm strongly considering shelving valkyr for inaros for the interim.

Happens all the time to me. Rendering me completly useless if it happens to leave me in the immortal state but not in hysteria. Unable to use weapons, switch weapons, go in hysteria (power in use but its not) go in operator mode. Falling out of bound slightly fixes it until you try to use hysteria again. It seems to happen more often if I use a weapon like the javlok(throwing it) or leave my melee holster visible.
