Freezing Screen

I´m not entirely sure if it is WF or something in my PC, but many weeks ago, I reinstalled Windows 7(my PC had some trouble being able to start up normally) after getting a new HDD(Less GB than before. Has since then not been any problem, however. I´ve very often encountered screen freezes, especielly at the start of a mission when about to run to objective. Other games works about normal. This freezing error is very annoying since it puts me in a momentarily state where I can´t do anything, risking a death.

No other components has been changed recently. My GPU is an ASUS GeForce 210, changed last year after a thunder broke the previous.
