Some Possible Options:

1. Excal (EB) with Naramon or having a squad member shot you with Ivara's invis arrow. (Exalted weapons are the best to kill sentients)

2. Ivara

3. Loki with weapons having all types of elemental variation

That looks pretty easy.  Go solo on Crossfire and you'll get two Sentients per mission with no competition for the killing blow.  Use a frame with an invisibility power and a decent weapon (apparently Ivara with a well modded Artemis Bow can kill them quick) or, if Shadow Step counts, any decent crit based melee build with Naramon passives activated.

 thanks i've been thinkning about doing the crossfire on lua.

I'm a solo player but i guess loki is my only option thanks for the help.
