atlas land side crit chance?

i already know that atlas landside has a 5% crit chance but whats the highest you can get it? including melee crit mods and the naramon deadly intent (+25% critical chance)

9.5 % with naramon and deadly, unless you run 2 avenger sets for that flat 60% increase it's not really worth it. I used to go for full flat dmg on melee weapon with Atlas.
