Battery Widget not recharging scans?

Hi, I bought the Sol-Battery widget for the Synthesis Scanner, and as I started using it I noticed my scans getting restored at the end of the match but after some time my scans aren't getting recharged anymore. I had 80 scans left or so and now each time I perform a scan the remaining amount of scanners is decreased just how it would do without the widget. Does anyone know why?

Just to rule out the obvious your not using the codex scanner are you? also can you show a screen shot?

You should get infinite scan instead of limited amount, maybe you equip helios?

with me when i have the synthesis scanner equipped and look through it on the right where it shows scans available it shows me the number of infinity

(i only have one scanner thoug)

The scanner count will go down until you reach one scan left. Then it'll show you have infinity scans. It's so you're left not feeling stuck with useless scanners.

Then maybe that's why my scans keep decreasing, I'll update you when I reach 1 scan left, thank you! :)

Today I ended my scanners and they didn't recharge. I do have the widget equipped but it doesn't work, I feel really disappointed! :(

Just like paul5473 suspected that looks like the normal codex scanner in that screenshot. You need to equip the synthesis scanner you get from Simaris. The widget only works with that.

I have equipped both but you can't see Simaris ones cuz I ran out of them!

Update: I was SURE I bought the Sol Widget but a double check revealed I actually own just the Cross Matrix one. I must have been high when I bought it lol
