Four or less Clan Rank

Is it time that DE introduced a clan rank for those clans that have four or less players in them? I know as a Warlord of a Dojo that only has two active members, and three total members that some of the Ghost clan stuff is on the upper end of insanity (even accepting that this is GrindFrame on occasion). Especially for us weekend warriors.

 

I think it's time to give the tiny, tiny clans a break. Solo players up to a single cell of four Tenno shouldn't have to bust a gut as hard as we do.

 

Whisper clans. It's totally a thing that should happen.

In general, if a ghost a clan can field a squad regularly they will do quite fine, thus it is not really needed to have a tier smaller.  DE just have to adjust their costing for such.

Reasonably speaking each clan should be able to field a basic number of squads (4 semi-active players). Ghost one squad, shadow about three squads, Storm about 8-10 squads, mountain 25-30 squads, and moon around 80-100 squads.

This is around 30-40% of the clan capacity in most cases for the active membership, putting those members around the number of the previous tier's maximum capacity.

This is then what costs should be based around as opposed to the 50%-100% of capacity being active that has been used recently.
