This Focus Button has a duplicate that does nothing

I believe that button is supposed to exist inside the tree but as a bug does not function. Such that you may inspect the elements of the focus ability of a tree before spending any focus/resources/time on it. Thus, you should be able to unlock a focus from inside or outside of the tree.

 

Use that button when you're researching which focus tree you want to spend time on and use this button from the outside when you already know what you want to do.

Yup, either that button needs to be gone, or it needs to work just like the other one, either would be fine =)
