Loading screen always freezing for 50 seconds

I have the problem that the loading screen is freezing every time around 50 seconds when I try to start a mission, also when I start the game. It is mostly a big problem when I try to play on with other players, because it is always losing the connection to the host. I only can play solo mission but still with the frozen 50 second loading screen.

It is guaranteed that the specifications of my PC is not the problem, but I must mention that my connections is only restricted to 2,1 mega bits per seconds due to the assembly mistake of the wire because of no use of money for better quality. But it is also very questionable for me that the bad connection is the problem of it. Maybe the afterwards installed network adapter is the Problem. It is a Intel Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter.

Maybe I should buy a connection module to maintain a full high speed connection of 1 giga bit per second.

But what if this isn't the problem?
