Cestra-line ammo could use a tweak

Since weapons with modified ammo caps are increasingly becoming a thing, the Cestra/Dual Cestra/Secura Dual Cestra could definitely use an adjustment themselves. 2 reloads for the dual versions is a little crippling. I'd go so far as to bump the regular version to 300 max and the Dual versions to 500 max. That way they'd each get 5 full reloads instead of 3 & 2.

I think you are right that their ammo caps do need to be looked at. I havent used my Secura Cestra's for a while because of the lack of useable ammo.

Yeah, bullet hose Secondaries in general could take some looking at,
e.g. Aksomati (last I checked) is another case of simply too low reserve ammo.

(Though I'd probably keep using Primed Pistol Mutation on my Secura Dual Cestra anyway, heh.)
