Looks like a Kuva siphon from the silhouette.

propably a drone that the new raptor (every 3rd raptor) spawn and it attacks with lighting attacks

or it's the support drone one of the index enemies spawn was it nemesis? :l

Yeah, it looks like a Locust Drone. Not sure what it's doing there.

(at one point stalker was in grineer faction. hehe that would be funny lorewise xP)

It seems that it was added after the last event. It does look a lot like a Locust Drone.

Its an "Orokin Grate" but it is not findable in game at the moment.
