After them the design of female frames has been more focused around the two curved areas it seems. Especially Saryn with her huge melons. Personally I like trinity for her cool coat. In the video, it looks like he's hanging from the ceiling (thus the association to GLaDOS) and the only thing biological that's left might be his face (and perhaps some of the inner organs).
