So if you take a peak at the warframe cryopod in defense missions you can see one of those tenno operatives you find in the relays. It would be more fitting if these crypods contained what their name suggests. They can even be a little creative about it like maybe put a titania in an earth defense cryopod for example, or prime frames in orokin tilesets.
