Syndicate Mission Menu: Misplaced button hitboxes

It seems like the Syndicate missions buttons have their clickbox a bit above than it should be.

I'm with the cursor right in the middle of the button, but cant click on it, as if I was hovering one of the divisions.

 

Hovering the under half of the button makes it select the mission under it, hovering the button divisions also does the same thing.

I had exactly the same problem since 10 days ago or maybe a little more, I don't remember that. It's a little annoying cause you press one mission and easily begins the above mission or below mission...At first I thought maybe is a problem with resolution or video but it's only with syndicate menu buttons.
