0 shut Posted March 30, 2017 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Haven't used the Panthera, but if the secondary fire is just a standard continuous beam (albeit with obscenely short range), then adding Fire Rate should increase the damage per tick and Status/sec at the cost of ammo efficiency. It doesn't actually affect the tick rate, though; continuous weapons all deal 3 ticks per second regardless of fire rate. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
