Max new gear, no mastery xp

So far i've maxed out ember and the war but didnt gain any mastery xp checked  before maxing them and needed 2,504 xp checked afterwards since it didn't open mastery test and its still at 2,504 and to clarify it was my first time maxing them out. Does anyone know what would cause this?

have you checked if they are actually maxed out? some times the missions will have connection issues and even though you finished the mission the game wont register any of your progress..

if you are for sure max rank have you relog? how long ago did maxed those?

make a support ticket.

I would put this under Bug Reports. There's not much any of us can do to help you with this. I would try asking support to look into it.

Did you put a forma on them? Cause you cant get MR points when doing so.

they need to be maxed out before you can put a forma on them :)
