Toggle Walking

It's been years now, I've seen many posts about it. Apparently PC players were supposed to get a toggle key to switch between walking and running. Those using a controller can already walk, but when are we getting an actual key for it?

It really shouldn't even be that much effort to do.

What purpose would walking serve? I can't imagine a single instance in a mission I said to myself "Gee I wish I could walk right now." Captura I can see it being useful, but not in missions.

I would also like to have an option to walk. Running and sprinting is not badass enough

Dramatic purpose is purpose enough.

Why, in any game would you need to walk? Apart from dramatic effect and badassery, there is no need to walk in any game. And I know I'm not the only one who wants a walking feature for pc players. It's already a thing for console and pc players using a controller, but not keyboard and mouse users.

Edit: I'm not saying I want it because others have it, I'm saying I want it because it looks awesome. When doing solo play, or recording videos, or even captura as you said, walking is a thing many of us want.
