Caustacyst skin not showing

So I recently got the Caustacyst since I really like scythes and I wanna spin around my Peppermint candy cane again like I did with then Ether Reaper. Turns out the Caustacyst doesn't even have a skin option? I went to the Caustacyst page on the warframe wikia http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Caustacyst and the page says the Peppermint skin can be used on the Caustacyst and people in the comments confirm this but where's the option? Usually there's a "Physique" option in appreances but it's not on the Caustacyst . Am I missing something or is it like this for everyone else?

i can confirm it works on console i use it with it

i just claimed a caustacyst from the foundry last night on pc and was able to put the candy cane skin on it.     not sure whats happening with yours   =(

*just wanted to add that i did use it in a mission after that  so i cant be a seasonal only thing

pretty sure it will only show in game (in mission) during the season it is intended for, and for good reason, I'm not interested in seeing pumpkin heads and candy canes every day of the year. It is also only during this time that you can buy it, if you've not bought it yet it will not show.
