FWIW, this is what I'm using:

Corrosive Projection, Enemy Sense
Transient Fortitude, Stretch
Streamline (R4), Fleeting Expertise
Primed Continuity, Primed Flow
Resonating Quake, [X]

The last Mod is either Overextended for truly insane range (Interception lockdown woo)
or, if it's a smaller map (e.g. Hydron) or a Survival / Mobile Defense,
I'm actually allowing myself a Primed Vigor to be ever so slightly less glass, heh.

If your Polarities allow it, you could even go for Constitution instead of P Cont (and have Streamline maxed)
to still keep minimum Energy drain on ResoQuake while having that mini-Handspring effect
as well as more frequently spammable Silence mass stuns.

BTW, e.g. Synoid Simulor helps quite a bit in restoring some Energy while quakin'
if the rest of the Squad is still helping out in the killing department.
