I have issues running Warframe, and I'm not sure what's the cause of it

So I've been having this issue with Warframe. The issue is that I'm having a hard time running it on medium-high graphic settings despite my PC having good enough specs.

Here's the basic overview of it:

Intel Core i5-6400 Processor 2.70GHz

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 VR Ready
• 8GB RAM
• 1TB HDD
• Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit
• DVD-RW Drive
• SD Card Reader
• 10/100/1000 Network
• 802.11ac Wireless+Bluetooth 4.2

And before you ask, my internet connection is just fine, and I'm 100% sure that I haven't downloaded any virus that would slow it down. I've had this PC for about a month now.

Go around in the settings and try to change a few things. If all seems to fail, I'd recommend you re-install Warframe again.

You might want to check and make sure your Nvidia Control Panel settings aren't conflicting with in-game settings. ie having AA or other effects on with both.
