Q : Octavia Prime is vaulted, how do I get the Bombast instrument set? A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault. In the meantime, substitute these:
Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones
