IP Ban?

No idea how I'm on my Forums account right now, but I got 'temporarily IP banned' for too many log-in failures - because when I tried to login (with the right info and everything), it said 'Unknown'. I kept clicking log in until it said 'temp. IP ban.' When will this be resolved, and can I please log in? I just want to play the game, because I can't with the ban, and I really want to purchase some plat.

Ok. I can actually log in to my game just fine - I'm playing right now, but I'd like to purchase platinum ASAP. How can I check if my account info is correct? I entered it correctly, and even changed my PW and tried again. I'm worried about a second IP ban.

Is there any way you or other Admins can unban? If not, that's fine, I'm just not a patient person :P
