Activation problem

I cant activate my old account,i got an activation email at 5 april 2015,now when i click the link,nothing happends and when i try to change my password, it says "please activate your account"

Please help,i really need this account

So you tried to activate your account 2 years after receiving the activation e-mail?

Like, really, 2 years??

Obviously it expired.

Why do you need to access your old unactivated account? (If you never used the account, you may be better off just making a new one?)

And why didn't you activate it back in 2015?

 

You could probably Contact Support with a support ticket, but there's a chance that the old account may have been deleted from the database if you haven't used it for a year or more, per the Terms of Use Agreement:

Your Account may be deactivated if you do not use your Account within twelve months after the date that it was created or for any continuous period of twelve months after creation.
