Worried about this situation... (restricted due to platinum balance)

Hello everyone.

Listen, i have got restriced due to platinum balance, and i do not know how to use support. it says that i have to wait 4 hours for it to use it. and i dont know where to post it(ill wait 4 hours). and this have gone to a serious problem that i got banned. is there any way to post it at support?
