0 -N7-Leonhart Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 (edited) It may get close to that, but there are certain conditions that must be met. 1. It needs to have 2 positives instead of 3. If there are 3 of them, all 3 are considerably lower. 2. It needs to have a negative. If a negative is present, then the positives will also be boosted. Since Soma/Prime has so little damage and it relies on CC&CD to be efficient, its best if you rolled until you had either one of those in pair with Multi-Shot or elemental (prefered Toxic).
