To help you stay alive, Vitality is a good choice on pretty much any Frame.
Redirection or, for high-Armor Frames like Valkyr, Steel Fiber can further your sturdiness.

Very early on, high Shields are nifty as they can make you nigh invincible and of course regen on their own
but since Armor only applies to Health, you ultimately get more "effective Health" from Vitality,
plus you get access to multiple ways (Medi-Ray FTW) to restore Health as you progress.

Then there's the basic ability Mods (Intensify, Stretch, Streamline, Continuity)
which you might want to enhance / replace with e.g. Corrupted Mods later on.

Get Auras from Alerts (or Trading), Energy Siphon / Rejuvenation / Steel Charge
should have the most significant effects for you right now.

Personally, I also highly encourage Enemy Sense,
and I doubt anyone is going to say Animal Instinct isn't worth it
(get a Sentinel ASAP, the extra fire power is neat and Vacuum is a game changer).

Weapons will generally want base damage (Serration, Hornet Strike, Hell's Chamber, Pressure Point),
Multishot / maybe Attack Speed & Range on Melee, elemental damage, and crit Mods if the weapon supports them.

... eh, that's it for now, any more specific questions, shoot.

I can give you any of the ones i listed. Different Platform, sorry.

Ask in region chat, i am sure some players there will give you a spare copy.

Very nice. Thanks anyway.

I honestly doubt that since I am here posting because I have been ignored completely by community in chat lol. They must not like noobs.

I would like to know where can I farm the mods?

Each Mod has a Wiki page listing its drop locations / methods.

Also are these mods available to purhase from players?

Yep, very nearly all Mods can be traded, the only exceptions IIRC
are damaged tutorial Mods and Login Reward ones.

Huh, must be different on Xbox One, or maybe you just had bad luck.

On PC, barring the inevitable occasional argument for abortion jerk of course,
I've found the community to be quite quick on the draw when it came to helping newbies. *shrug*

Maybe go (newbie-friendly) Clan hunting, can't do that soon enough IMO.
Besides the wealth of Clan-exclusive goodies, having a steady group of people around to
help with whatever, and maybe even just socialize if you're into that, makes a huge difference :D

In general you want to have survivability, so increasing your health or shields is a must unless you're comfortable with glass cannon setups.

Power Strength or Power Efficiency are generally good choices early game since it gives you more options to stay alive.

Problem is you wont have the largest variety of mods quite yet so you just wanna stack damage and elemental mods on your weapons. Viral (Add and Cold mod and a Toxic mod to one weapon) or Cold got me through my first few days of the struggle.
