Captura Image posting problem

I don't understand how to paste a picture into the textbox, or that little paste box. Best I can do is create a link to the folder in my Onedrive it's in (https://1drv.ms/i/s!AnFcytWO4A4HlB4UNFiwI8Vu-1rJ like this) but then it has all of the others in the folder as well, and I'm afraid that would violate the 1 picture rule for the contest.
Any ideas?

Hello there.

I don't know how Onedrive functions, but personally I prefer using Imgur. I will copy-paste what DEMegan wrote for the melee contest.
 

HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS:

Step One: Upload the image file to an image-hosting site like imgur.

Step Two: Right click on the image and select "Copy Image Location". Please make sure you do this instead of copying the website URL for a clean upload. Reveal hidden contents

Step Three: Copy and paste the URL into your forum post and the image will be automatically embedded!

Step Four: Submit your comment! (or don't, I'm not here to tell you how to live)
